Fellows have made, and may continue to make, substantial contributions to the disciplines of pharmacology, clinical pharmacology and therapeutics, through their work, publication and presentation of research, leadership, and contribution to Society life.

Professor Ulf Simonsen

Ulf Simonsen was educated as a medical doctor at Aarhus University, Denmark, in 1991 and has specialist courses in Clinical Pharmacology.

Dr Mark Soave

Mark completed his PhD (2017) at the University of Nottingham under the supervision of Prof Stephen Hill and Prof Jeanette Woolard where studied the molecular pharmacology of an antibody raised against the Beta-1 adrenoceptor.

Professor Christopher Sobey

Chris Sobey obtained his PhD in 1991 from the University of Melbourne in Australia.

Professor Reecha Sofat

Professor Reecha Sofat is the inaugural Breckenridge Chair of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics at the University of Liverpool, where she is also Head of Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics.

Dr Egle Solito

Dr Egle Solito is Reader in Immunobiology and heads the Blood-Brain Barrier research group at William Harvey Research Institute Bart’s and the London Scholl of Medicine Queen Mary University London (WHRI-SMD).

Professor Andrew Somogyi

Andrew Somogyi graduated in Pharmacy from Tasmania and at the University of Sydney completed a PhD in 1978.
