Lilly Prize

This prize recognises longstanding leadership in clinical pharmacology. The winner will receive £2,000 and will deliver a lecture at our annual meeting. Winners are also invited to produce a manuscript for one of our journals.


As a member you can nominate yourself or other members for this award.

Nominations will close on the 22 March.


Nominees will need to be:

  • have been a member for at least two years
  • well established professors or at the peak of their career

They will also need to show evidence of:

  • outstanding research
  • patient or public engagement
  • scientific impact such as contributions to the Research Excellence Framework, or education and training
  • significant contributions, including research and development leadership


To apply you must complete the online form and upload one PDF including:

  • a brief CV (up to two pages)
  • list of relevant publications (up to two pages)
  • letter showing evidence of why the nominee deserves the prize (up to two pages)
