Dunlop Prize Lectureship

This prize supports professional development of early career, clinical members. Winners will receive a prize of £500 plus expenses to support up to three lectures in the UK and Europe.


As a member you can nominate yourself or other members for this prize. If you are self nominating you will need to provide full contact details of two referees.

Please complete the nomination form and submit by 31 May 2018.


Nominees will need to:

  • be clinical trainees, newly appointed consultants (maximum of 3 years since appointment), lecturers or senior lecturers based in the UK and Ireland
  • commit to presenting two lectures within twelve months of the award

Prizes Dunlop Prize Lectureship

This award is named in honour of Derrick Dunlop who became Christison Chair of Therapeutics and Clinical Pharmacology at Edinburgh University at the early age of 34.
