The British Pharmacological Society is recruiting for an eLearning Project Coordinator

Salary: Grade F, Steps 1-3, (£36,558 - £38,785)

What does the role involve?

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of an innovative eLearning platform and training modules aimed at educating regulatory professionals in pharmacogenomics and regulatory pathways.

As part of an Innovate UK funded initiative to establish a Centre for Excellence in Regulatory Science and Innovation in Pharmacogenomics (CERSI-PGx), you will work closely with partners from the University of Liverpool, Queen Mary University of London, and other key academic and industry experts to explore integrating pharmacogenomics into clinical practice.
You will manage project timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and oversee the creation of digital learning materials on the Society’s platform.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive project coordinator/manager with experience in eLearning, education, or healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will be confident in working with subject matter experts, technology providers, and external partners to ensure high-quality content development and smooth platform implementation.

Essential skills & experience:

  • Strong project management experience in eLearning, education, or healthcare.

  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and content development.

  • Self-motivated with strong communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of pharmacogenomics or regulatory pathways.

  • Experience in developing eLearning materials in a  healthcare, scientific, or regulatory environments.
