The British Pharmacological Society is recruiting for a self-motivated Customer Success Officer to join the team.
Salary: Grade F, Step 1 (£35,493) – Step 3 (£37,665), depending on experience
The Customer Success Officer reports into the Business Development team at the British Pharmacological Society. The Customer Success Officer will work with the Head of Commercial Operations, Sales Manager and other Society staff and the Society’s members to ensure our customers fully realise the potential of our online prescribing products. This is a varied role, working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and helps to deliver the BPS Assessment (BPSA) suite of products (https://bpsassessment.com).
The Customer Success Officer will make sure that customers are fully utilising the BPSA platform and services and making the most of their subscriptions. They will be responsible for driving the renewals processes, including contracting and invoicing. They will also develop and administer BPSA customer user groups, including producing newsletters and updates. All members of the BPSA team participate in the delivery of our exam products, for which full training will be given.
You will have solid experience of using CRMs and of customer-facing roles. You will have excellent organisation, prioritisation and communication skills. Those with an interest or background in the life sciences or healthcare sector may find the environment particularly rewarding. This is a hands-on role that will allow the right candidate to have autonomy over their role.
