Competition terms and conditions
Entry to the competition is free and is made through our website.
Employees of the Society and their family members cannot enter the competition.
All entries before the deadline will receive an email confirmation. This will contain details about the regional or online rounds. Any entries after the deadline will not be accepted.
You may only submit your own work.
You may submit more than one abstract.
We reserve the right to disqualify entries that do not follow contest regulations.
Winners will be notified by email.
We are not responsible for inaccurate details supplied by any third parties.
We will appoint a panel of judges and their decision will be final.
We reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick an alternative winner.
We reserve the right to vary or amend the competition.
