Funding for Ambassadors

Here you will find details of different funding schemes offered by the Society. These include funding you can apply for to support your activities as an Ambassador, as well as support for the development of resources, meetings or training opportunities outside of the scheme.

Ambassadors Grant

Society Ambassadors can apply for up to £250 a year to enable the promotion of pharmacology and the Society within their organisation or institution.

Engagement Grant

You can apply for up to £2,000 for creating or developing high quality engagement and outreach activities that will reach a variety of public audiences. You can also apply for smaller 'Seed Funding’ grants (up to £250) that can be used for high impact, low cost activities, or for the design and testing of activities that have potential to grow.

Engagement Training Bursary

You can apply for a bursary of up to £500 to help you develop your engagement skills through training activities and events. From public speaking to exhibition design, stakeholder mapping to blogging, there are so many opportunities to build your skills and share pharmacology with the world.

Meeting and Event Grant

Awards of up to £2,500 to help you organise independent meetings, events and symposia. Your event can be on a range of topics and in a variety of locations.

Student Event and Lectures Sponsorship

Available to student and early career members, the Student Events and Lectures Sponsorhsip provides up to £250 to support digital or in person events organised by student societies.
