Undergraduate Pharmacology Prize

This prize celebrates final year undergraduates studying pharmacology at universities in the UK and Ireland. Winners will receive £100, a certificate and a year's free early career membership.

Criteria

  • At least 50% of the student’s final year modules should be in pharmacology
  • The student must have completed a final year experimental project in pharmacology
  • Library projects will be considered, provided there is a clear data capture element as part of the meta-analysis; and the focus is on research rather than review

Eligibility

  • Universities in the UK and Ireland can nominate one final year student
  • Nominators must ensure submissions are pharmacological in nature
  • The student should be on course to achieve a 2.1 or above - predicted grades will be accepted
  • Medical students, including intercalated medical students are ineligible (they should be nominated for the Clinical Undergraduate Prize)
