Overview
Members of the European Society for Lipid Mediators (ESLM) and of the French Society of Inflammation (GREMI) are currently organising the “10th European Workshop on Lipid Mediators”. This meeting will be held on 1-3 July 2026 at the Pasteur Institute in Paris, France.
The objective is to bring together European scientists with an interest in the field of bioactive lipid mediators, Omega -3/-6, including eicosanoids and other mediators (SPM) in human health and diseases. Topics range from basic biochemical studies to clinical applications and nutrition.
A number of high-quality international speakers from across Europe and outside Europe have been invited to speak. The atmosphere of the meeting is low-key and informal, and the cost of attendance will remain low in order to stimulate participation by postdoctoral researchers and students (Educational and Young sessions are programmed). Travel support
Travel support is designed to support young scientists by encouraging the submission of an abstract to present their work at the EWLM.
The European Society for Lipid Mediators is pleased to provide 5 travel support opportunities (300 euros) for pre- and post-Doctoral students/trainees presenting data at the EWLM.
The British Pharmacological Society is pleased to provide 6 Early Career Researcher Travel Awards (Up to £350 each ~ 402 Euros) to support travel and accommodation for the meeting for BPS members. This travel support is open to MSc and PhD students and junior post-doctoral researchers who have obtained their PhD in the past 5 years.
