Sir Michael Rawlins: Obituary

The British Pharmacological Society was sad to announce the death of Professor Sir Michael Rawlins last week.

Sir Michael made an enormous contribution to pharmacology and public health, establishing Clinical Pharmacology at the University of Newcastle and advising the UK Government on the safety of medicines and the misuse of drugs.
