Dave Lewis

Dave Lewis is a Senior Lecturer in Pharmacology and Scientific Ethics in the School of Biomedical Sciences, University of Leeds. His educational interests and activities are focused on the creation and delivery of personal and professional development opportunities including non-traditional undergraduate research or capstone projects, and professional education and training opportunities in research animal sciences and ethics in the UK and globally. He is Chair of the BPS Animal Welfare and In-vivo Pharmacology committee and IUPHAR’s Integrative and Organ Systems Pharmacology initiative. Dave is an AdvanceHE National Teaching Fellow and a previous winner of the BPS Rang and the Physiological Society’s Otto Hutter teaching prizes.
