Should we spend more on medicines for the elderly, or the young? Should cancer be a special case? Medicines assessment agencies make these decisions, but we’re all responsible for the ethics that inform them. In this event, hosted by Vivienne Parry OBE, Professor David Webb, Professor Ken Paterson and Professor Rachel Baker will ask which medicines you want to fund and why - and examine how society might be able to really have its say.

Book your ticket in advance to join our panel of experts to examine how we can get value for money from our medicines. This event is hosted by the British Pharmacological Society, proud participants of the Edinburgh International Science Festival in 2017.
