The Education & Skills Affinity Group serves members with interests in all aspects of education related to pharmacology, toxicology, clinical pharmacology and therapeutics. This group brings together members engaged in, or who have an interest in, teaching undergraduate, postgraduate and professional learners, and enabling students to demonstrate competencies in relation to prescribing and to the safe and effective use of medicines. Communicating pharmacology in the public domain is seen as another activity within this grouping.

Michael Seed
Michael Seed is Professor Emeritus of Pharmacology at the University of East London. He has wide experience in teaching degree level Pharmacology including MBBS, BPharma and BSc Pharmacology at the University of Bath, Barts Medical School, and East London. He received the 2014 Rang Prize.
